In 1998, Russell started as a truck driver for Capital Rentals and was promoted to the Asst. Manager position in 2000. Russell became the Store Manager in 2004.

Don started with Capital Rentals in March 2008 as an Inside Sales person. Don was promoted to the Assistant Manager position in March 2010. Don has over 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
