Jan has extensive experience in the construction industry, started with Capital in 2000 as shop manager and moved to assistant manager. Jan was promoted to the Store Manager position in 2008. Jan is very hands on and is able to solve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Joseph started with Capital in 2004 as a Shop Helper. In 2006, Joseph became the Shop Foreman. Joseph was promoted to the Asst. Manager position in 2008.
